Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Manager (US Recruitment) who will be responsible for new client onboarding, managing all documentation and formalities, while driving growth within assigned accounts. This leadership role requires a highly skilled professional who can plan, strategize, and execute business development activities while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring successful service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that outline key relationships, business opportunities, expected revenue, and any potential threats or weaknesses to address.
- Identify strategic targets and design clear action plans for penetrating new accounts and expanding existing ones.
- Monitor account health, growth, and revenue projections, ensuring the business objectives are consistently met.
2. Business Development:
- Build and manage a portfolio of key accounts, driving revenue growth across the assigned accounts.
- Lead the entire opportunity management cycle, from identifying business opportunities to closing deals and delivering services.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting customer needs.
- Proactively scout for new business opportunities within the market and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align business development strategies with market trends and client demands.
3. Client Onboarding & Documentation:
- Oversee the entire new client onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to service delivery.
- Manage all required documentation, including contracts, compliance documents, and MSP-specific paperwork.
- Ensure all legal, operational, and regulatory formalities are completed timely and accurately.
- Liaise with legal and finance teams to ensure that client contracts are reviewed, signed, and processed efficiently.
4. Client Delivery:
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure a seamless execution of client requirements, ensuring all service delivery aspects meet or exceed expectations.
- Act as the bridge between the client and internal teams, ensuring proper alignment between client objectives and the execution of recruitment strategies.
- Regularly engage with clients to review performance metrics, gather feedback, and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
5. Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Manage any potential client escalations, ensuring effective resolution of issues and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on account performance, business development opportunities, and challenges.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment sales, account management, or business development, particularly within the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and MSP models.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing service delivery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to build and execute strategic account plans.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 9 years of experience in a leadership role within recruitment sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of MSP operations and client delivery models.
- Experience in managing multi-faceted accounts and building comprehensive business strategies.
