Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visual Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Visual Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. You will develop the overall layout and production design for product Emploin’s website and various applications such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop unique character designs (human, object-based, and cartoon) in vector and illustrated formats.
  • Trace images to create refined sketches and illustrations with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Utilize a pen tablet to create fluid, dynamic, and high-quality designs.
  • Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with project goals.
  • Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and project requirements.
  • Adapt and iterate designs based on feedback to achieve the desired outcome.

Skills Required

  • Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Illustrator, or similar role.
  • Expertise in vector-based tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.).
  • Strong skills in illustration and sketching using a pen tablet.
  • Creativity in designing diverse characters and bringing concepts to life.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing character designs, illustrations, and traced works is a must.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, clear, and engaging visual designs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in animation or motion graphics.
  • Knowledge of design software like Adobe Photoshop or Procreate.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visuals.
