• Experience – 2 to 8 years
• Location – Jaipur (WFO) (5 days a week)

Role Description

• Requirements Gathering:
  Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and elicit clear and concise
  requirements.
  Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Documentation:
  Create detailed and well-organized business requirement documents (BRDs), functional
  specifications, and use cases.
  Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Data Analysis:
  Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and support decision-making.
  Work closely with data engineers to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and
  effectiveness.
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved changes.
• Project Management:
  Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting.
  Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to ensure alignment and
  understanding of project goals and objectives.
• Testing and Validation:
  Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop test plans and validate that solutions
  meet business requirements.
• Training and Support:
  Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful implementation and adoption of
  new processes or systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
